Notes:
Engine Starting Procedure:
A. Pre-Check and Setup: Inspect the engine wiring from the board. Check the fuel tank pipes. Install an AA battery (1.5V). Add cooling water to the radiator. Unscrew the oil screw at the rear of the engine body, add 5mm of oil, and screw it back in.
B. Fueling: Fill the fuel tank with 95# gasoline. After fueling, rotate the flywheel clockwise several times to ensure the mixed fuel enters the cylinder completely. Make sure there is no air in the fuel line.
C. Starting the Engine: Turn on the power switch. Quickly rotate the flywheel clockwise on the right side of the engine (power switch side) to start the engine.
Engine Maintenance Method:
A. Water Cooling: The engine uses water cooling, so add water before each use. After use, drain the water for storage.
B. Work Environment: Ensure the working environment is clean to reduce dust entering the carburetor.
C. Carburetor Adjustment: The carburetor oil needle is preset to the optimal position and should not be adjusted significantly. However, minor adjustments can be made for different fuels.
D. Oil Maintenance: Unscrew the oil screw at the rear of the engine body and drain the lubricant oil.
E. Battery Maintenance: Remove the battery after the engine has stopped working for storage.
Ready to Run:
Equipped with a spark plug and igniter, it’s ready for action with just fuel and a battery.
